Family-run hotel with friendly efficient staff and great views of the ocean. Spacious room, nice bed and neat bathroom. Good food served, like fresh bread and cereal. Central location, within walking distance of Dive Rarotonga.

The staff are delightfully helpful and genuinely helpful, managed the parking onsite. The room is well-appointed, comes with comfortable bed and garden view, for instance.

Thanks a lot for the very pleasant stay for six nights. Make sure you stay in the villa with the garden, regular cleaner plus a terrace. The location is beautiful and fantastic, 3 miles from Raemar. Btw, it's set in the fantastic area.

A decent size room, I loved the hotel!

This hotel was situated in the sheltered position.

Also, location was marvellous and stunning, not very far from Golf Course. Besides, it was very close to restaurant and bar, Edgewater establishment, and the tropical island. The breakfast was rich and savoury and at reasonable prices.

It is reasonably priced. The hotel's staff are brilliantly helpful and genuinely helpful. The location is amazing and gorgeous and they have parking on-site.

The breakfast had lots of options and included breads and cereals. The hotel had a sheltered position next to the island, local restaurants and the two main areas of restaurants.

It had stunning and fantastic location near a beautiful beachfront. View looking over the sea was the reason we booked king room. The staff were outstandingly helpful and genuinely helpful lot of time.

Overall had very pleasant stay for six nights. We had villa to ourselves with drinks, garden views, huge balcony at the back. A fridge, an oven, and kitchenware were an advantage😃

Our stay was very relaxing, enjoyed awesome breakfasts.

The room was cleaned daily to a high standard with towels changed out daily also and available with balcony.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the staff friendly efficient, incredible location to the beach where children had to pass through. The room was newly decorated and good-sized with a view, we enjoyed it. Location: the property was near the reef at 9 am, the lagoon in front of The Edgewater and bars.

The place was reasonably priced. We spend 7 nights in Rarotonga really good. This was a great location just off a lovely island, town / airport, and both the main centre of town. Arorangi district was worth visiting. The room we stayed in was cheap and decent size with the single bed and an amazing view, for instance. The staff was incredibly nice and amicable all the time.
